PFS Pastry ovens specially designed for pastry products. They prove its quality, durability and excellent baking characteristics, and achieved to be the product which is recomended by its users.

PFS series are ideal solution for bakeries, patisseries, hotels, restaurant and caterings. There are two sizes of PFS ovens, 5 and 9 trays capacity. Additionally there is a PFD proofing unit externally under the oven which has 18 trays capacity. Optional PFE baking module also serves stone base oven to you at the same time.
